Patroli Optimization of Satsamapta Patrols to Anticipate Kamtibmas Disturbances in the Salatiga Police Jurisdiction

Abstract

This paper aims to find out how the implementation and efforts can be made to optimize satsamapta patrols of salatiga police. In this study, the author used a qualitative research approach. The type of research used by the author is a descriptive type. Kamtibmas disturbances that occur in the jurisdiction of the Salatiga Police Department vary, ranging from drug cases, theft, murder, ganging, to minor offenses such as fighting and wild racing. Patrols carried out by salatiga police are one of the preventive efforts to anticipate kamtibmas disturbances that occur in the jurisdiction of salatiga police. The implementation of patrols at the Salatiga Police Still experiences many obstacles at various stages, namely from planning, organizing, implementing and supervising it so that it still requires many changes and evaluations. Patrol optimization efforts by using zone methods for routine patrols and joint patrols several times a week. The patrols carried out are adjusted to rencana kegiatan, but in its implementation has not been optimal.
