Optimization of ETLE Usage in Reducing Traffic Violations by the Law Enforcement Unit of Satlantas Polresta Sidoarjo

Abstract

Humans are the main element in traffic, because humans are the users or drivers of goods vehicles and passenger vehicles used in traffic. With ETLE, it is hoped that people can comply with traffic regulations so that traffic can run smoothly. The aim of writing this final assignment is to describe the use of ETLE in reducing traffic violations and to find efforts that can be made by the Sidoarjo Police Traffic Unit Gakkum in optimizing the use of ETLE. The theories used in this paper are Management Theory and SWOT Analysis Theory. This final assignment uses a qualitative descriptive method with primary data sources: observation and interviews. The result of writing this final assignment is that the use of ETLE in reducing traffic violations in Sidoarjo Regency has not run optimally, this is analyzed using management theory. Meanwhile, efforts were made by the Sidoarjo Police Traffic Unit Gakkum to increase optimization using SWOT Analysis Theory. Thus, it is hoped that this final assignment will be able to describe and find efforts to improve ETLE optimization.
