The results showed that (1) this ticketing effort has not gone well, it can be seen from the planning stage of making the plan is still made in general and in the implementation of patrols, officers carry out route objectives based on their wishes, not based on previous findings. In addition, the blocking submission process does not correspond to the SOP. (2) There are inhibiting factors in this ticketing. The first inhibiting factor is the law enforcement factor, namely senior officers. The second is the facility factor, namely cameras that are often problematic, as well as problematic networks, and slow mail delivery.
