Optimization of Satintelkam Relief in Preventing Conflicts Between Silat Colleges in the Jurisdiction of the Blitar City Police

Abstract

One of the issues that has become public attention is the conflict between martial arts universities. This research was conducted with the aim of optimizing the raising activities of the Blitar City Police Satintelkam to prevent conflicts between martial arts universities. The author carries out research with a qualitative approach to phenomenological types and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document studies. This research was conducted using management theory, social conflict theory, and social communication theory as the author's analysis media. The facts show that the raising activities carried out by the Blitar City Police Satintelkam are still not optimal because conflicts between silat universities have increased from 2021-2023. The lack of optimal raising activities of the Blitar City Police Satintelkam is caused by several factors. Therefore, the author provides suggestions to the Blitar City Police Satintelkam to optimize raising activities to prevent conflicts between silat universities. Hopefully, the results of this research can be a guideline for the National Police, especially the Blitar City Police in carrying out raising to prevent conflicts between martial arts universities.
