    Tanggon Kosala (p-ISSN 2087-0043 & e-ISSN 2775-8478) is a Scientific Journal published by the Indonesian National Police Academy since 2012 (printed version) and the journal transformed to be an online-based journal since 2020. Tanggon Kosala publishes research or review articles relating to the Study of Police Science from various scientific perspectives. The journal is expected to be a reference both nationally and internationally in police science studies. This journal, which is published regularly twice a year.

This journal contains research articles relating to the study of police science in various perspectives, both social, legal, cultural, political, economic, technological, as well as defense and security. This journal aims to be a forum for researchers, academics, students, policy makers, and the public to provide input for the development of police science studies in Indonesia and in a global context.

  • Police Studies Review

    Police Studies Review (Police Stud. Rev.) (ISSN Online 2722-4597 ISSN Print 2722-4589) is a double blind peer-reviewed journal published by Indonesian National Police Academy. Police Studies Review published every end of month (monthly). The journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. The aims of this journal is to provide a venue for academicians, researchers, and practitioners for publishing the original research articles or review articles. The scope of the articles published in this journal deals with a broad range of topics in the fields of Police Studies and another section related contemporary issues in Police Studies. The articles published in Police Studies Review are going through a double-blind peer review process. Hence, the decision on whether the scientific article is accepted or not, will be the Editorial Board’s right based on the peer reviewer's recommendation.

This journal contains research and review articles related to the study of police science. This journal is published in Indonesian and English, and is published monthly. This journal is intended to be a forum for researchers, academics, practitioners, and the general public in developing police science studies and their application in the community. This journal is also expected to become an international journal and as a reference for police studies in national and international levels.

  • Proceedings of Police Academy Billingual Seminar

    This Proceedings of Police Academy Billingual Seminar introduces papers by the Indonesian Police Academy (Akpol) cadets at a seminar on digital leadership in policing. The cadets' papers highlight the application of digital leadership across five core policing functions: investigation, community policing, patrol, traffic, and intelligence. The cadets’ papers present innovative uses of digital platforms, such as social media and dedicated applications, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in crime prevention, investigation, and community engagement. The papers show the growing importance of police research, the INP’s commitment to problem-oriented policing, and the implementation of digital leadership


     


    Prosiding Seminar Bilingual Akademi Kepolisian ini memperkenalkan makalah-makalah yang disusun oleh Taruna Akademi Kepolisian (Akpol) dalam seminar mengenai kepemimpinan digital dalam kepolisian. Makalah-makalah tersebut menyoroti penerapan kepemimpinan digital pada lima fungsi inti kepolisian: FT Reserse, FT Binmas, FT Sabhara, FT Lantas, dan FT Intelijen. Makalah-makalah ini menyajikan inovasi dalam pemanfaatan platform digital, seperti media sosial dan aplikasi khusus, untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam pencegahan kejahatan, investigasi, dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Makalah-makalah tersebut menunjukkan pentingnya penelitian kepolisian yang semakin berkembang, komitmen Polri terhadap model pemolisian berbasis masalah, serta implementasi kepemimpinan digital.
