Optimization of Bhabinkamtibmas Performance in Order to Build Siskamling at Kendal Police Station

Abstract

PoIres KendaI organizes various activities as a form of prevention of crime, one of which is in the Binmas Function which has Bhabinkamtibmas (Bhayangkara Community Security and Order Builder). The purpose of this study is to describe the performance of Bhabinkamtibmas in siskamling development to the community in PoIres KendaI, and to describe the implementation of siskamling oIeh Bhabinkamtibmas development activities to the community in PoIres KendaI. The approach that will be used in this study is a qualitative approach that discusses the optimization of the performance of Bhabinkamtibmas in order to build siskamling in PoIres KendaI. By conducting interviews, document studies, direct observations in the field so that data and information can be obtained directly from activity implementers, activity recipients and the impact of Siskamling activities that have been carried out. The study was conducted in the area of KendaI Regency. From this study, it can be concluded that the competence or ability possessed by members of Bhabinkamtibmas daIam to implement siskamling development for the community in PoIres KendaI has according to Perkap No. 7 of 2021 has met the requirements for his appointment as Bhabinkamtibmas. However, there are still some things related to members as human resources in implementation, there are still those that have not met the standards and are less than optimal.
