Performance Optimization of the Kamsel Unit through Police Goes to School in Preventing Traffic Accidents in the Jurisdiction of the Batang Police
Abstract
The Republic of Indonesia National Police (POLRI) is a law enforcement apparatus and state institution whose job is to create national stability by maintaining public security and order, enforcing the law, providing services, protection and protection to the community as stated in the Law Number. 2 (13) year 2002. The Traffic Unit is one of the functions that oversees all activities related to traffic, one of which is active community education, which is an activity to foster understanding, support, and efforts for active community participation in creating security, safety, order, and efforts to smooth traffic cross. One of the active community education activities carried out by Polres Batang Traffic Unit is Police Goes to School, which is a Traffic Education activity aimed at students through traffic outreach to schools in the Batang Police jurisdiction by the Police Traffic Unit. The conclusion of this study is that the Kamsel Unit management system in the activities of the Dikmas in the Batang Police jurisdiction has been implemented in accordance with the theory of management and organization of organizational resources for the Police Goes To School program by the Kamsel Unit of the Batang Police in accordance with the theory of organizational resources.
